Beginner - Hire and Tuition

Service Description

This is a 3-4 hour session where participants will be provided with all the necessary equipment and tuition to enjoy a day of archery. The session will begin with a short safety briefing then progress to the control range for tuition on how to properly use a bow. After practicing at the range there will be a lunch break, and if time permits, a discussion on the history of archery, pivotal moments for bowmen, and medieval practices. Following lunch, the participants are briefed on field archery safety, then taken for a lap of the field archery range, where foam animal targets are positioned throughout a woodland setting. Note: Archery coaching is weather permitting, in the event of heavy rain/snow please contact us to confirm if the session will go ahead. Children must be a minimum of 10 years old to participate.
